Estadio Monumental Antonio Vespucio Liberti RIVER PLATE


The stadium, also known as Estadio River Plate, Monumental de Nuñez, or simply El Monumental, is the home ground of the Argentinean team River Plate. 
It was inaugurated on 26 May 1938 and is named after former club president Antonio Vespucio Liberti (1900-1978).  It is the largest stadium in Argentina, with a capacity of 70,054 spectators, and is also the home of the Argentine national football team. 

A major refurbishment project is currently underway in which the TECNOCOAT H-2049 polyurea system will be used for coating and waterproofing 27,000 sqm  of existing and newly constructed stands. The prescribed system is as follows: 

1.    Preparación de soporte.
2.     PRIMER PU-1050 and  PRIMER WET
3.    TECNOCOAT H-2049 polyurea membrane.
4.    TECNOTOP 2C aliphatic finish.
