GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • it is a two-component, polyurea for filling control, construction joints and for reparation of fissures and cracks.
  • do not use on structural joints
  • UV resistant
  • fast dry and curing times
  • very high elongation at break (>400%)
  • it absorbs hard wheeled traffic
  • 100 % solid content, free from harmful VOC compounds, therefore, does not hurt the ozone layer (VOC's zero). It doesn´t emit substance to the environment once installed.
  • cold process using dual-component polyurea pump for joints or plural component dosing unit, or application by pouring gun or dispensing handle having a static mixer.

PACKAGING

small metal drums in 60 kg each component

SHELF LIFE

12 months for each product at temperatures between 5° C and 35° C (41ºF to 95ºF), provided it is stored in a dry place. Once the tin has been opened, the product must be used immediately. Once opening blue drum (B-side)it  must be agitated mechanically before inserting the transfer pumps and use.

APPLICATION METHOD

  • clean up the surface of the joint or crack, removing any dust, dirt, flaking materials, grease, or efflorescence.
  • remove any silicone-based products existing on the substrate
  • in case of doubt of all above, apply before in a restricted area and to check the adhesion strength

HEALTH AND SAFETY

These safety recommendations for handling, are necessary for the implementation process as well as in the pre and post, on exposure to the loading machinery.

  • Respiratory Protection: When handling or spraying use an air-purifying respirator.
  • Skin protection: Use rubber gloves, remove immediately after contamination. Wear clean body-covering. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after work and before eating, drinking, or smoking.
  • Eye / Face: Wear safety goggles to prevent splashing and exposure to particles in the air.
  • Waste generation should be avoided or minimized. Incinerate under controlled conditions in accordance with local laws and national regulations.

Anyway, consult the material and safety data sheet of the product (MSDS), or contact our technical department
